SHould Running Backs be Drafted High?

​Examining the routes that the Buffalo Bills could take in the 2019 NFL Draft, people are starting to prioritize the running back position.  Sure there can be players that stand out that weren't high picks, however, how many are currently in the NFL that were taken after the 3rd round?
