The Houston Texans will literally have their pick again in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft as they have pick number 2 and now again at #12. Depending on where Chicago decides to go, the Texans have options. If the Texans happen to get a deal with another team who is looking to move up, they could get a nice return of picks and players at #12 or #2, but have to be conscious that division rivals Indianapolis and Tennessee pick after them at 4 and 11.
