The Seattle Seahawks made the playoffs and secured a top 5 selection in the upcoming draft. However, the quarterback that led you to the playoffs is a 33-year-old journeyman who just won Comeback Player of the Year and the best quarterbacks in the draft are slated to be gone before you pick. So, what do the Seahawks do during this offseason?
How did Seattle Get Denver's Pick

Any veteran quarterbacks that need a job, the Colts are hiring. No for real. Since the departure of Andrew Luck, the Colts have been trying to replace him with a carousel of quarterbacks at the end of their careers but haven't found any consistency. That should be their first focus and the goal for Chris Ballard this offseason.
With the GM and Head Coach gone, the Cardinals have to start a new campaign. Rebuilding a franchise should be Arizona's first Call of Duty. They need to team up and work together in order to get back to the top of a competitive NFL West. Okay, enough with the video game references, but in all honesty, the Cardinals have a bunch of problems to solve, and they are not "one player away" from solving this dumpster fire.
From start to finish, the Houston Texans were what they were...bad. After the fallout of the Deshaun Watson situation, the Texans had to do some damage control, and with players leaving in recent years, Houston has been in the basement of the AFC South. With still a lot of holes to fill (especially with the coaching staff) how will the Texans climb back out of the basement of the AFC.
Matt Eberflus took the reins in Chicago after a 4-year stint as defensive coordinator in Indianapolis and it wasn’t without struggle. His defense was last in the league in points allowed but most of that was trying to rectify the tire fire that was left behind with Matt Nagy. The Bears have just over 90 million in cap space to work with a quarterback on his rookie deal, so maybe the Bears can make some noise in 2023.
The NFL has been making changes to their protocols since Covid hit in 2020, and it forced them to examine their PUP List, Practice Squad and Injured Reserved designations that they had in place. There are some changes that Hashtag Sports wanted you to take hold of that are being established for the 2022 season.
It seems that the proverbial "can kicked down the road" of the Kirk Cousins contract is finally here and new General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah is the one who has to deal with it. Unless the Vikings can somehow rework the deal for Cousins, their off-season plans might be limited. What else do the Vikings need to do to make a splash in the NFL North in 2022?
With a new head coach at the helm, and 11th in cap space heading into the 2022 off-season, the Chicago Bears don't have much financial worries, however not having a 1st Round selection is not an ideal situation for Matt Eberflus. What can the newly appointed coach do to turn the Bears back into the Monsters of the Midway?
What can really be said about the Lions that hasn't been a George Strait song at this point? The Lions continually spin their wheels and are essentially the Cleveland Browns of the NFC. They have the means to acquire talent, however that talent never wants to stick around. What can the Lions do in 2022 to make waves in what could be a wide open NFC North?
Apparently the Green Bay Packers have been using the same calculator as Mickey Loomis down in New Orleans, because even with the salary cap going up in 2022, the Packers find themselves in a precarious position being over 50m OVER the cap. They will have to crush some numbers if they hope to repeat their 13 win season in 2021.
