There are however some red flags and things to look for before tuning in to see the second divisional game for the Bills in a 4-day span.

Now many of you have had an opinion on the Buffalo Bills 40-32 loss to the New England Patriots at Ralph Wilson Stadium, however there are a few points that you need to remember before you start to throw in the towel on the Bills (not that any of us would do that, I am just putting it out there). As there was a popular show on ESPN2 and ESPN Classic called The Top 5 Reasons You Can’t Blame… that aired from 2005 to 2007 that would highlight various events that happened in sports, and why you should reconsider the outcome as proven fact. Well, we here at Hashtag Sports have our own version based on the game this past Sunday. by Mario Granata
There will be a lot of things to watch in this Sunday’s match-up between the Buffalo Bills and the New England Patriots, but taking a closer look at the history of the individuals involved and the games that have already were played in Week 1, you start to gain a different perspective. When you are watching the game, be sure to look for these match-ups, which could decide the final outcome of the game. by Mario Granata
There are many theories that have been presented on how the Buffalo Bills can defeat the hated New England Patriots in Week 2 of the 2015 NFL season. If there is one person who can match defensive chops with the great Bill Belichick, it is Rex Ryan. Ryan has to have some help from his offense, however and needs them to come up with timely scores to take an early stranglehold over the AFC East. Here are the keys to victory for the Buffalo Bills this weekend. By Paul Wanecski
Buffalo Bills quarterback Matt Cassel has had a strange week. He was taking first-team reps throughout practice this off season, was released, and then was brought back just three days later. While cutting Matt Cassel appears to be about the money that was attached to his contract, it’s the timing of the signing that makes his story a curious tale. By Paul Wanecski
The Buffalo Bills have and will continue to make adjustments to the 53-man roster as the season progresses, much like every other team in the NFL. While some players appear to have secured a spot, some have a very small window with which to fight to keep that. With impending moves on the horizon, let’s walk through what will be happening in the coming weeks along with the news that just broke today. by Mario Granata
When sitting down to write this article, I reflect back on a previous article on Hashtag Sports that explored the “business” side of the NFL as well as the previous tenure of its new OC Greg Roman and wondered if Fred would fit in the offense. It was an article that I didn’t want to write, but trying to be as objective as possible, I wanted to prepare for the worst (even if I thought there was a chance of it happening). Well today the Buffalo Bills released Fred Jackson and his 8-year tenure with the Bills has come to an unceremonious end. What does this really mean for the Bills? by Mario Granata
The unfortunate thing that happens, as far as football fans are concerned, is that when a team has 7 months off, all the speculation that happens boils over after the first preseason game. Bills fans are no different as the longing for a quarterback in the 716 has been evident for the past decade-and-a-half. When breaking down the game, and the three participants involved one starts to get a glimpse at how they performed and who is the leader in the clubhouse. Keep in mind that this IS the preseason. Truth be told, it has been mentioned so many times (not always by us) that the Buffalo Bills should release EJ Manuel that we decided to explore if it would make sense or not. Yes, the Bills have plenty of players to take care of with contract extensions and Manuel could/will impact all of them. Hold on, these numbers may scare you. by Mario Granata
Continuing from the previous article about the players who will more than likely be on the offensive side of the ball 2015 Buffalo Bills Roster: Offense, it’s only fitting that we take care of what will be the driving force behind the Bills success in 2015: the Defense. Now, many may question the decision or the cuts that I have here. Rosters are currently at 90 so that means that the Bills are going to have to make some tough decisions and there might be some names let go that you didn’t expect. Lets take a look at who made the roster according to Hashtag Sports. |
