The Hashtag Crew is split on the signing of Chris Ivory to a two-year deal. Check out the Pros and Cons of signing a veteran running back. Could it be a transition to a new (or rookie) quarterback to the NFL?

With connections being made all around the league it is sometimes typical for a player to follow a coach. This was the case with Star Lotulelei. What does this mean to the Buffalo Bills as they add depth to the defensive line?

Off of the heels of the New York Jets trade the Buffalo Bills add depth to their line by signing Marshall Newhouse and Russell Bodine. These recent signings and the length of the deals further indicate that the Bills are trading up in the 2018 upcoming NFL Draft. With the recent moves made around the NFL, in particular the moves made and the huge contracts given to the Free Agent quarterbacks around the league, how does this influence the Bills in their moves to get to the Top-5?

Thank You. While many of the Buffalo faithful in the 716 experienced a roller coaster of emotions when it came to this past week, reaching as high as gaining the 12th overall pick (in a trade with the Bengals) to the lowest of the low (being jumped by a division rival for a franchise guy), hopefully I can give you some solace as you go about your day. Instead of getting upset for what the Jets did, think of it as them doing us a favor. Still confused? Allow me to elaborate. Much has been made of the Buffalo Bills trading up to get "their" guy in the upcoming 2018 NFL Draft. With almost certainty, a majority of the people around One Bills Drive think that they are going to trade with the New York Giants for the 2nd overall pick, however, how much do we really know about the relationship between Beane and Gettleman

Much has been made (especially in the 716) about the 'connection' that current Buffalo Bills GM Brandon Beane has with New York Giants GM Dave Gettleman, however, how much do we the public know about their relationship behind closed doors. If you happen to be a conspiracy theorist, strap in, this is going to be good. By Paul Wanecski
The Buffalo Bills have a new stable of running backs….wait…did I say new…sorry, I meant they have resigned basically everyone they had last season minus Mike Tolbert and Joe Banyard. In the last few days the team has filled the position going into the draft, meaning that the running back position is falling and falling off the board for the Bills. What could this be a sign of? Let’s be honest for a moment. The signing of AJ McCarron is not the long-term answer at quarterback that Brandon Beane and Sean McDermott have been pining for. While personally I am thrilled with the signing for a variety of reasons, we are going to leave that aside. Most analysts see the Bills as trading into the top 5 selections to get Josh Rosen. Now the trade with the Cincinnati Bengals has been finalized, the Bills stand with more ammunition to move up the draft board. That is why all this Josh Allen talk doesn’t fit. |
